PERGOLAS

A Pergola is a large wooden shade structure that is usually built out of cedar or fir. The pergola is designed to provide shade but still let some sun light in.

The ceiling is a stacking of main beams and cross beams.
Pergolas can also be made out of different material such as industrial metal I beams. Designs can vary in material and structure layout for a more “modern” look.
Wooden Cedar Pergolas are sealed with clear sealer to preserve the nice cedar color. In the case that the entire Pergola needs painting or staining then Fir can be used as it has of equal strength and is less expensive.
